RS Hughes Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Mexico territory to execute our proven sales strategy. You will identify opportunities, prospect new clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-sale support.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with executives, delivering tailored value propositions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market share. A four-week training program supports success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify new opportunities; research and cold-call prospects.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline; manage opportunities through close.
• Present value propositions and product capabilities to executives.
• Collaborate with territory teams and sales support across departments.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity in the CRM.
• Support clients post-sale and drive future growth.
