Job summary

CSS seeks an enthusiastic Representative - Outside Sales to drive new prospects and manage assigned accounts, increasing sales and margin for our products and services. You will meet customers face-to-face across multiple levels, including technical, operations, and executive management.

The role requires travel up to 75% of the time, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Commission is available in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• Requires proven sales experience and ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Able to travel to clients and suppliers; 50%–75% travel expected.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and suggest products/services to fit them.
• Execute and expand account plans with management oversight.
• Identify opportunities for margin growth via value-added services.
• Prospect new customers, including cold calling and referrals.
• Present products and solutions to meet customer needs.
