Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Representative - Outside Sales to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers. The role focuses on face-to-face selling, account management, and driving revenue growth across Wesco and supplier offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of outside sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel 50%–75% for customer and supplier visits.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts by determining market potential and provide territory forecasts
• Execute and expand assigned account plans with management
• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and product demos
• Prospect potential customers, including cold calling and referrals
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
