MX10 Electrolux Home Products de Mexico S.A. de C.V. seeks a Quality Assurance professional to connect the Quality organization with Market via Customer and Consumer Service.

You will become an expert for our range of appliances and lead improvements to enhance consumer experiences. Reporting to the Food Preservation Quality Director, you will analyze feedback, drive corrective actions, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with EMS and ISO standards across sites and

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality or engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Statistical data analysis, Root cause analysis, Team player and team leader, project management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as necessary (up to 40% of the time).
• Considered a plus is the knowledge of appliance components and product functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze consumer and service feedback from company databases and direct engagement.
• Identify areas of opportunity for improvement, coordinate corrective/preventive actions related to field quality/market quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow / approve the closure of the actions defined to solve the quality issues.
• Report out field quality product performance.
• Site visiting (warehouses/customers as required/laboratories) to assess unit conditions/operating environment/action execution.
• Lead problem solving groups to timely identify and address root cause.
• Knowledgeable of quality improvement tools and methods (8D/DMAIC/PDCA).
• Support the field test of the appliances.
• Responsible for complying with and applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Green Spirit, and Zero Waste to Landfill programs, as applicable to the position.
