Bosch México in Celaya, Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality across products and processes. You will design and execute comprehensive test cases, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with QA methodologies and PFMEA/PPAP, and a proactive mindset to meet customer and Bosch requirements.

Formación

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related quality management roles for customers
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, ISO/Six Sigma or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools; Knowledge on PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan
• Knowledge on automotive customer portal
• Preferred: Project management or process improvement experience

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings with customers
• Participate in product-related meetings
• Develop, plan, and execute test cases and QA protocols
• Identify, document, and analyze defects with root-cause reports
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards
• Follow up on customer complaints and 8Ds
• Contribute to PFMEA and Control Plan updates
• Update customer portals with information
• Prepare PPAP package for client approval
• Implement containment actions to prevent customer impact
• Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory requirements, and standards
• Participate in process improvement projects and QA procedures
• Coordinate client audits and system audits
• Train teams on topics like special characteristics or concessions
