Continental Group Sector ContiTech in Mexico is seeking a Quality Process Monitor to oversee process and product monitoring, ensuring compliance with standards throughout the product life cycle and documenting results.

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams, support PPAP documentation, perform root cause analysis, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Formación

• Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality or related areas.
• 5+ years of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.
• Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring.
• Knowledge of product defects and visual inspection to classify condition.
• Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure that all standards are met during the product life cycle.
• Document monitoring results.
• Handle non-conforming material and segregation steps to avoid spills.
• Coordinate customer visits and prepare PPAP documentation.

• Compensation: MXN 35000 - MXN 50000 - monthly

Job Description

Process and product monitor

• Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving
• Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time
• Document monitoring results
• Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec

Customer

• Coordinate customer visits
• Fullfill CSR
• Solve customer complaints and implement actions
• Prepare and share PPAP documentation to Customer

Methods & Standards

• Development and maintenance of local quality procedures
• Development of Visual Aids and verification work instructions
• Create and update Control Plan
• Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements

Development

• Participate in development projects
• Represent testing and provide test results in assigned working groups
• Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA

Quality

• Implement and evaluate quality assurance verification
• Document and notify QA results
• Improve quality KPI
• Audit proces, product and system

Measurment

• Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
• Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
• Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department

Qualifications

• 'Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality or related areas.
• '5+ year of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.
• Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring
• Knowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection
• Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems
• Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid scapes
• Knowledge of ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Knowledge of ISO9001
• Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA,CP,APQP, PPAP)
• Knowledge of Internal/Lead Auditor
• Knowledge of ISO19011 for Auditig
• Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper, micrometers, π tape, etc
