MX10 Electrolux Home Products de Mexico S.A. de C.V. seeks an Industrial/Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes across the facility, ensuring productivity targets and safe, ergonomic operations.

You will work with manufacturing engineers to promote lean initiatives and develop standardized work methods. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 2+ years of manufacturing experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office).

Formación

• BS degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support and improve manufacturing processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, TPM, Kaizen).
• Develop work instructions, layouts, and standard time studies.
• Train production operators and assist new personnel.
• Assist in equipment installation and tooling design.
• Ensure EMS/ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 requirements are met.
