Bosch is seeking an experienced EPQ professional to assist the project manager and development team on quality issues at the Mexico site. This role focuses on identifying product quality risks and planning preventive measures throughout development.

You will contribute to process compliance, document metrics, and drive improvement actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of process models ASPICE and CMMI.
• ISO 26262 awareness is required.
• Proven problem solving and requirements engineering skills.
• Experience in change, configuration and release management.

Responsabilidades

• Creation, reporting and improvement of Process Compliance Checks.
• Deep documentation of project metrics.
• Creation, application and follow-up of improvement actions.
• Application of preventive quality measures and deep analysis.
• Quality Gates preparation and support to Engineering teams.
• Active participant in Engineering team development meetings.
