SC Johnson in Mexico City seeks an Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR to support the execution of HR initiatives and align with HRDC, COEs, and HR Business Partners to deliver HR programs across the organization.

The role covers employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning/implementation, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years HR generalist experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience and/or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and leading practices and applicable laws.
