LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead daily operations, oversee maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient buildings. You will develop staff, manage budgets and spare parts, and ensure HVAC/BMS systems are running.

Strong English and Spanish communication, and a background in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics engineering are preferred. The role requires coordinating with other supervisors, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement in facilities

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics.
  • Experience with HVAC systems or manufacturing facilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee daily operations of personnel, equipment, and facilities.
  • Plan and control maintenance activities, including budget and spare parts.
  • Foster staff development through training and skill opportunities.
  • Ensure facilities service requests and building systems (HVAC/BMS) are maintained.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, ensuring safety and governance compliance.
  • Develop root cause analyses for operational improvements.

Job DescriptionIf you have experience working in Facilities and you are looking to make your next career moveThis might be the opportunity for bringing your skills and help your team to achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group!Play your part in our team successFacilities Management & Planning work focuses primarily on ensuring that the LEGO Group's buildings and spaces are safe, functional, and efficient.Core ResponsibilitiesSupervise Operations: Oversee daily operations of personnel, equipment, and facilities, ensuring efficient and effective management.Maintenance Management: Plan and control maintenance activities, including budget management and spare parts, in line with asset management systems.Staff Development: Foster employee growth by providing training, skill development, and opportunities to exceed expectations.Facilities Oversight: Ensure timely and quality completion of facilities service requests and maintenance of building systems like HVAC and BMS.Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with other supervisors and adhere to company policies, safety, and governance rules.Continuous Improvement: Enhance personnel motivation and satisfaction while developing root cause analysis for operational improvements.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience in maintenance and installation with HVAC systems or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.Solid technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics, understanding of manufacturing facilities requirements by: NOM-001-SEDE / NOM-002 / NOM-022-STPS / NOM-029, ammonia handling training or certification a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in development of process, budget management and control and managing spare parts and warehouse operations and inventory.Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.Remember to apply using Google Chrome for an easier process and attach your CV in PDF format.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
