LEGO Monterrey is seeking a Peripheral and Auxiliar Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning and resource allocation. The role requires coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met, and actively supporting audits and lean initiatives.

Formación

  • Experience coordinating maintenance activities and resources to meet a maintenance plan.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes in maintenance activities while maintaining safety, quality and cost targets.
  • Familiarity with LEAN practices and conducting PPS analyses in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate maintenance resources and daily activities to meet the maintenance plan.
  • Respond to changes in maintenance tasks and communicate with technicians and leaders.
  • Ensure the Maintenance area complies with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality guidelines.
  • Participate in daily meetings and PPS analyses; support audits and 5S actions.
  • Guide technicians in task distribution; escalate machine issues requiring senior input.
  • Maintain end-to-end understanding of the maintenance department and liaise with global/local molding teams.
  • Report incidents to supervisors and responsible authorities as required.

## Peripheral and Auxiliar CoordinatorApplylocations: Monterreytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 0000036181**Job Description*** Tracking of KPI ́s* Secure adequate resources in the team for the accomplishment of the maintenance plan.* Respond efficiently to changes in Maintenance activities.* Make sure the Machine Maintenance area complies with established safety, quality, and cost.* Participate in daily meetings.* Participate in PPS analysis and tracking.* Participate in all kinds of activities related to LEAN assigned by manager.* Support Audit Processes.* Support supervisor in 5’s corrective actions and findings of Safety GLS.* Aid supervisor in corrective actions of the audit process, external claims.* Be accountable of additional tasks assigned by Manager.* Responsibility to manage Maintenance activities if leader is not on premises.* Report any kind of incident that occurred in LOM, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)* Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group* Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)* To report immediately to the leader of the area any irregularity detected in the Maintenance during the performed processes (stop, call, wait). To guide technicians to ensure the right distribution of daily activities.* Coordinator has to give support with stopping machine issues when technicians require more skilled opinion.* To understand End to End of a Maintenance department. To detect opportunities in maintenance and drive claims with responsible areas.* To have contact with global and local molding teams and be able to play a collaboration and productive role with holistically view in topics like machine maintenance network or platforms.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
