The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance management and develop strategies for optimal machine upkeep. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance across LEGO equipment.

Responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, driving improvements, and mentoring staff to maintain high operational standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on collaborative stakeholder management.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with warehouse/manufacturing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar software.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Apply root cause analysis to problems.
  • Track training and evaluate personnel performance.

  • Lead the maintenance crew to ensure high morale and ownership.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance management and developing strategies to achieve optimal results for machine maintenance. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure professional maintenance of LEGO equipment through both preventive and corrective measures.

Core Responsibilities

Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar
  • Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
