Descripción de la vacante

LEGO Group busca un/a profesional para supervisar contratos, auditorías y trabajo con contratistas en un entorno de facility management. Se requiere inglés y experiencia con Office 365 y Power BI; encargarás análisis de datos y seguimiento de rendimiento de socios IFM para cumplir SLAs y KPIs.

Serás responsable de estandarizar procesos operativos, apoyar mejoras continuas para reducir costos, coordinar con equipos y proveedores, gestionar órdenes de compra y seguimiento de facturas, y preparar

Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Facility Management o área similar.
  • Inglés necesario para comunicaciones y reportes.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI y Office 365 para manejo de datos y reportes.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el análisis de datos y el seguimiento del rendimiento de socios IFM para garantizar SLA y KPIs.
  • Validar y estandarizar procesos operativos entre servicios IFM para asegurar consistencia y eficiencia.
  • Apoyar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a costos, seguridad y entrega de servicios.
  • Realizar inspecciones y confirmaciones de procesos para verificar ejecución de actividades IFM y cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad.
  • Coordinar con equipos multifuncionales y proveedores para garantizar ejecución oportuna de mantenimiento, reparaciones y proyectos.
  • Gestionar la creación, seguimiento de POs y el seguimiento de facturas para apoyar el cumplimiento financiero y control presupuestario.
  • Preparar informes operativos y apoyar auditorías consolidando documentación de socios IFM.

Supervisar Contratos -Auditorias -Supervisar Trabajo con Contratistas -Ingles necesario -Office 365 -Power Bi -Experiencia 1 año en Facility Leads data analysis and performance tracking of IFM partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met. Validates and standardizes operational processes across IFM services to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency. Supports and participates in continuous improvement projects focused on cost optimization, safety, and service delivery. Executes routine inspections and process confirmations to verify proper execution of IFM activities and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of facility maintenance, repairs, and projects. Manages purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and invoice follow-up to support financial compliance and budget control. Prepares operational reports and supports audits by consolidating and validating documentation from IFM partner Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
