Validates and standardizes operational processes across IFM services to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
Supports and participates in continuous improvement projects focused on cost optimization, safety, and service delivery.
Executes routine inspections and process confirmations to verify proper execution of IFM activities and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of facility maintenance, repairs, and projects.
Manages purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and invoice follow-up to support financial compliance and budget control.
Prepares operational reports and supports audits by consolidating and validating documentation from IFM partner
