The LEGO Group is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance planning, and staff development. The role requires strong technical knowledge across HVAC, safety, and electrical systems, with a focus on budget control and spare parts management.

Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous for coordinating with international teams and presenting complex ideas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with HVAC experience.
• Solid technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
• Understanding of manufacturing facilities requirements by NOM-001-SEDE / NOM-002 / NOM-022-STPS / NOM-029; ammonia handling training a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process development, budget management and control, and managing spare parts and warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of personnel, equipment and facilities to ensure efficient management.
• Plan and control maintenance activities, including budget and spare parts management.
• Foster staff development through training and skill advancement opportunities.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of facilities service requests and HVAC/BMS maintenance.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and ensure compliance with safety and governance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement by improving personnel motivation and identifying root causes for operations.”],
