LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Facilities Analyst to supervise contracts, audits, and contractor work. You will lead data analysis and performance tracking of IFM partners to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and help standardize processes across services.

English required, with proficiency in Office 365 and Power BI. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage POs and invoices to support financial compliance and cost control.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Facility management.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Power BI.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and track performance of IFM partners to ensure SLAs and KPIs.
• Validate and standardize operational processes across IFM services for consistency.
• Support continuous improvement projects focusing on cost, safety, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely facility work.
• Manage PO creation, tracking, and invoice follow-up for financial compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and support audits by consolidating documentation.
