LEGO Group is seeking a Facilities professional to oversee operations, maintenance planning and staff development in Monterrey. You will manage HVAC/BMS and ensure compliant, safe facilities while coordinating with other supervisors and stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent with maintenance/installation experience.
• Solid knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics.
• Experience with HVAC systems and manufacturing facilities requirements including NOM standards.
• Proficient in process development, budgeting, spare parts, and warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily facilities operations, personnel, and equipment for safe, efficient performance.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities and budget; manage spare parts inventory.
• Develop staff through training and skill development initiatives.
• Oversee facilities service requests and maintain building systems like HVAC and BMS.
• Collaborate with other supervisors, ensure compliance with safety and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for operations.
