Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and processes within our manufacturing workcells. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure timely PM completion to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks to production schedules, escalating issues as needed, training machine support staff, and contributing to NPIs while upholding health and safety standards and driving line efficiency.

Formación

• Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks to align with production schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and process flows.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance as required and keeps maintenance records.
• Prioritizes work according to production schedules and coordinates with supervisors.
• Serves as first escalation point and provides line support to technicians.
• Provides training to machine support technicians and supports NPIs.
• Drives line efficiency and reduces equipment downtime.
• Ensures health & safety standards are followed.
