Jabil seeks a Facilities leader to oversee the plant's engineering and maintenance teams and to ensure reliable production support and safe operations in Chihuahua, Mexico.

You will supervise engineers and technicians, coordinate construction and infrastructure projects, and ensure all work complies with electrical, mechanical, and civil standards while aligning with production needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in building or equipment maintenance.
• Experience in administration of electromechanical and civil construction projects.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in the medical industry (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities group of engineers and technicians to maintain the plant.
• Ensure that electrical, mechanical and construction work comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Train facility technicians in safety, including hazardous materials handling.
• Responsible for safety related to the electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Design and coordinate construction projects or adaptations to support production processes.
• Plan, coordinate and ensure facilities work meets specifications, regulatory requirements, quality and safety standards.
• Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day activities and represent him in meetings.

Conocimientos

Advanced English

Educación

Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience in building or equipment maintenance

Master's degree + 3 years related experience

PhD without experience
