Hilton in Tulum, Quintana Roo is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead daily reservations operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll oversee room inventory, pricing, group blocks, and third‑party channels while coordinating with Sales and Events to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Reporting to hotel leadership, you’ll generate key reports, forecast demand, and coach a team to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage
• Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue
• Manage third-party channels: Negotiate rates, manage relationships, and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures with third-party booking sites and agents to maximize conversion
• Generate reports and forecasts: Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
