Hilton Mexico City is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service that reflects Hilton's light and warmth. You will direct day-to-day activities and long-term strategy to ensure superb guest experiences.

You will oversee revenue strategy, coach a diverse team, and collaborate with owners and corporate leadership to uphold brand standards and financial discipline. This is a premier leadership role in hospitality.

• Experience leading all hotel operations and strategic direction.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, budgeting, and long-term strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and optimizing hotel operations: lead the hotel with strategic oversight of all departments, ensure alignment with Hilton brand standards and drive service excellence.
• Managing commercial financial performance: own the property’s financial performance, including sales, revenue, and budgeting, to drive growth and profitability.
• Communicating with key stakeholders: maintain alignment with owners and corporate leadership, deliver updates and long-term planning.
• Leading and developing on-property teams: recruit, coach, and develop staff to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
