The role involves directing activities to maintain high service standards and maximize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have over 5 years in hospitality, along with a culinary degree and leadership skills. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an all-inclusive luxury experience.

A disruptive, experience-driven strategic leader responsible for directing, managing, and organizing the Food and Beverage division's activities, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and marketing, as well as maximizing profits through excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage/Culinary Certification/Degree or the Equivalent.
• MBA or Master in Sales
• 5+ years experience at the position in Hospitality Industry (ALLIn, EP, Luxury Resorts)
• Extensive knowledge of quality and hygiene standards
• Assertive communication and leadership
