Bacardi is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team and become a key strategic partner between our customers, markets, and Supply Chain across the Central America region.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to coordinate orders and shipments across regions.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end export order management process for Central America.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Operations to ensure high service levels.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and better customer experience.
