Bacardi is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team and become a key strategic partner between our customers, markets, and Supply Chain across the Central America region.

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. This role will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end export order management process, ensuring operational excellence, managing customer claims, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver the highest possible service levels.

The position offers unique exposure to international environments, working with customers and teams across different markets, cultures, and geographies, where analytical thinking, effective prioritization, and strong problem-solving skills will be critical to success.
