Job summary

Nextiva is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Customer Expansion) to drive revenue growth across Mexico and support US-based customers. You’ll lead proactive outreach, unlock expansion opportunities, and showcase Nextiva’s AI-powered platform through demos and consultative conversations.

You’ll operate in a high-velocity environment, maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce, and use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with revenue-related goals
• Advanced English fluency, both spoken and written
• Experience with outbound outreach and high-velocity sales cycles
• Comfort engaging customers via phone, email, and video
• Professional, customer-ready presence and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing small business customers
• Engage customers through outbound calls, email, SMS, and other channels
• Understand customer needs and map to Nextiva AI-powered solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations and articulate value of Nextiva’s platform
• Manage a fast-paced pipeline in Salesforce and maintain timely follow-ups
