Nextiva is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Customer Expansion) to drive growth across our small business base. You’ll engage US-based customers from Mexico, with day-to-day work conducted in English, and collaboration supported by AI-driven tools.

You don’t need a traditional sales background; success comes from meeting revenue targets, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced tech environment. Remote work across Mexico with some onsite in Guadalajara may be required.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role with revenue responsibilities.
• Advanced English fluency, both spoken and written.
• Comfort with frequent outbound conversations and proactive outreach.
• Thrives in a high-velocity environment with short sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively engage customers via outbound calls, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Understand customer businesses across industries and connect needs to Nextiva solutions.
• Position Nextiva's AI-powered platform and demonstrate value through focused demos.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Move quickly, manage multiple opportunities, and follow up consistently.
