Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to support the Executive Chef in day-to-day bakery and pastry operations. You will oversee training, quality controls, and food safety, while supervising staff to ensure the highest standards of pastry quality.

You will lead and motivate a pastry team, participate in employee relations, and invest in staff development through coaching and training.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in pastry leadership or kitchen management.
• Willingness to live in a remote location.
• English and Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bake/pastry operations, including training, quality controls, food safety, and supervising staff.
• Lead and develop a high-performing pastry team and foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Restaurant GM to meet standards.
• Participate in Employee Relations activities and uphold Four Seasons brand values.
