Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in a remote Mexican setting seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to support the Executive Chef in day-to-day bake/pastry operations, overseeing training, quality controls, and staff supervision to ensure the highest standards of dessert quality.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to sanitation, safety standards, and brand standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years management experience in kitchen bake/pastry operations.
• Ability to live in a remote location.
• Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to oversee forecasting, scheduling, training, and motivating the team.
• Maintain sanitation standards and quality across pastry production.
