Landing, Inc. is seeking an Executive Business Partner to join the Operations team in Mexico City. This on-site role supports the VP of Operations with coordination, dashboards, and cross-functional execution to move commitments forward.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations or business analysis, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Regular U.S. travel and on-site collaboration across teams are required.

Formación

• 2+ years in operations coordination or business analysis supporting a senior leader.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable reading dashboards and explaining findings; BI familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Track open commitments across departments and move them to completion.
• Prepare agendas and pre-reads for reviews to start at the decision point.
• Capture and follow up on action items with owners.
• Fetch dashboard insights and provide concise recommendations.
• Build recurring reports to reduce manual data requests.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across analysis and communication.
• Identify process gaps and provide visibility across teams.
• Engage with CDMX teams in meetings and on-site coordination.
• Flag emerging problems with context to enable action.
• Manage high-priority scheduling and cross-border coordination.
• Organize site visits, offsites, and documentation.
• Travel regularly to the United States for cross-border alignment.
