Trolley is seeking a contractor to lead events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team, from kickoff to launch. You will align clients, partners and internal teams, stepping in for hands-on execution when needed, while strategy and final decisions remain with the Production Lead.

You report to the Project Manager and the Production Lead and collaborate with the Junior Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator in a fast-moving, remote team.

Formación

• Experience leading several projects with clients or partners.
• Hands-on approach: draft updates, build trackers and reports when needed.
• Clear written and spoken communication and representation in meetings.
• Sound judgment to make daily decisions and flag risks early.
• AI is already part of your workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors to post-event follow-up.
• Marketing and content initiatives with campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Projects and partnerships moving from plan to launch with clear ownership and timelines.
• Client, partner and vendor relationships: lead meetings and status updates.
• Alignment across production, creative, operations and community; raise risks early.
• Trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for visibility.
• AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work in reporting, research and planning.
