Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud, seeks a proactive Field Marketing/Events specialist in Mexico City. You will plan, execute and measure events from trade shows to executive experiences, working with Sales, Product Marketing and Ops to drive pipeline and brand impact.

This remote-friendly role requires Spanish and English, 3+ years in event marketing, travel up to 50%, and comfort working across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, globally distributed company.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing with demonstrated ownership of customer-facing programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Marketing and vendors.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own trade shows and hosted events strategy, planning, execution, and success for a strategic vertical or territory.
• Execute end-to-end event program management and logistics from planning to post-event follow up.
• Manage event budget, forecast, reporting, and post-event learnings.
• Facilitate timely event lead processing in Salesforce and develop post-event insights.
• Own project management tools, event calendar, and processes used for managing event programs.
• Bring energy and creativity to build a successful event program.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
