Sharp Brains is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver day-to-day EUC support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, image and deploy devices, and support Windows 10/11 and enterprise tools, with emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities include handling printer/scanner support, maintaining accurate ticketing, and aiding with scheduled rollouts or migrations.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on EUC/Desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge with hardware and peripherals.
• Experience imaging, deployment, and device provisioning.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPN, and remote tools.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day deskside/end-user support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with device imaging, deployment, and upgrades.
• Support Windows OS, Office applications, and enterprise tools.
• Handle printer, scanner, and peripheral device support.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation of all support activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Provide support for scheduled rollouts, migrations, or IT projects.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and ensure high-quality service.
