Everest Re Group, Ltd. is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support operations remotely, primarily for Toluca and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience advising and partnering with senior management.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions: talent management, employee relations, compensation, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence remotely.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Spanish fluency; English is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in advising and partnering with senior management.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience supporting teams in the Toluca region or similar industrial hubs is preferred.
