The ideal candidate will handle confidential employee data, collaborate with HR and Finance, and stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices. Strong Excel and payroll software experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.

• Proficient with NOMIPAQ or SAP and Excel.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and precise Especialista en Nóminas to manage payroll processing and related tasks. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, supporting the finance and HR departments. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Mexican labor laws and payroll regulations, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This position is based out of our client's office in Acapulco, Guerrero . We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex payroll scenarios and maintain employee data with utmost confidentiality. Your role will be crucial in ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with all statutory requirements. You will be a key point of contact for payroll-related queries, working collaboratively with HR and finance teams in Acapulco.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
