SSOE Group is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to help operate and improve our ERP environment. The role involves user support, data validation, and reporting across modules such as Accounting, CRM, and Project Management.

You will work with cross-border teams (Mexico/US/India) and contribute to deployment, testing, and training efforts. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in ERP support, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in information systems, business, finance, accounting, computer science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of ERP, application support, help desk, business systems, or related experience.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience a plus but not required; eagerness to learn new ERP systems is valued.
• Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication to support international team collaboration.
• Experience with ERP reporting, testing, documentation, training, or support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, test plans, and user guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Supports daily operations of the ERP system, including user support, configuration assistance, and issue resolution.
• Assists with data entry, data validation, and data integrity checks across ERP modules to ensure accurate information.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from ERP to support business operations and reporting.
• Provides first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoots basic issues, and escalates complex problems.
• Supports testing during upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Collaborates with Finance, HR, Project Management and other departments to translate needs into workflow improvements.
• Maintains documentation, workflows and system configuration records.
• Supports data migration, cleanup, conversion and validation activities.
• Monitors system performance and data quality, reports anomalies to management.
• Supports custom report development and dashboard creation using ERP tools.
