CIMMYT is seeking an ERP Support Staff in Texcoco, State of Mexico, to maintain user materials, test and deploy ERP changes, and provide frontline support. You will work with finance, HR, procurement, and supply chain modules, contributing to data quality and BI reporting.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, basic ERP knowledge, and strong documentation and teamwork skills. The role involves system administration and ongoing learning within a collaborative environment at CIMMYT.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/IS/Engineering/Finance).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, databases, programming, or IT operations.
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision in teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, specs, training materials, test scripts, and logs.
• Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; prepare test data and Track defects.
• Assist with build, deployment, release, and environment management; support CI/CD and monitoring.
• Provide first-level user support, data entry/cleansing, and helpdesk follow-up; assist rollout and training.
• Develop, customize, and extend ERP modules following coding standards and lifecycle practices.
• Manage data, dashboards, BI reports, and data quality assurance.
• Administer ERP platform including users, roles, patches, performance tuning, and integrations.
• Configure and support functional modules (finance, HR, procurement, supply chain) and end-user support.
• System administration: servers, databases, networks, and security practices.
