Glia is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee multiple client projects, ensuring efficient onboarding and operational success. You will collaborate with various internal teams and communicate value effectively to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience with SaaS implementations and strong project management skills. This role offers an opportunity to drive efficiencies and make a significant impact on client success.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients.
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple Client-facing projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of 15-20 client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle.
• Serve as the consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager.
• Translate the deployment of Glia’s tools into measurable ROI for the customer.
