Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering products from concept to production.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
• Ability to move from ambiguous problems to practical solutions with architecture and delivery.
• Comfortable progressing with incomplete specifications while seeking alignment when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality UX.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the stack.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from analysis to documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes.
