Johnson Controls seeks a COE Manager to lead ERP/Manufacturing Engineering efforts across sites, ensuring standard cost reporting and perpetual inventory accuracy. You will drive best practices, implement lean tools, and coordinate cross‑functional teams from project kickoff through closure.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing leadership, ERP/MRP expertise, and strong change management skills, with SAP experience and a preference for an MBA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Active participation in ERP system implementation projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with MRP and ERP systems.
• APICS Certification preferred though not required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee COE performance and ensure ERP standards are implemented across plants.
• Lead ERP/Manufacturing Engineering activities to enable standard cost reporting and perpetual inventory.
• Direct COE services for multiple departments from kickoff to project closure.
• Develop best practices, research, support and training for the COE focus area.
• Ensure plant layouts, routings, cycle times and lean tools align with ERP configurations.
