Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a senior COE Manager in Mexico to oversee ERP implementations across manufacturing sites. The role focuses on achieving standard cost accuracy and perpetual inventory, while leading best practices through a dedicated center of excellence.

You will drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, standardized work) and coordinate cross-plant collaboration to deliver project outcomes from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years of managerial experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Active participation in ERP system implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP systems and Manufacturing Engineering to enable full ERP implementation with standard cost reporting and perpetual inventory.
• Lead the COE as a manager, delivering best practices, research, support and training across projects.
• Develop and implement manufacturing layouts, SCM setups, and routing with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standardized work).
• Ensure accurate standard costs and perpetual inventory reporting across plants.
