Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking professionals with radiology and healthcare IT experience to grow their Epic career. You’ll work with U.S. healthcare organizations to support diagnostic imaging workflows and gain exposure across Radiant, RIS, and PACS environments.

We value analytical thinkers who can translate clinical needs into effective system solutions and who are eager to learn Epic certification paths through our program.

Formación

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in radiology or healthcare IT.
• Advanced English with professional written and spoken communication.
• Experience with ticketing, support, and healthcare information systems.
• Understanding of radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows within Epic.
• Handle requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Radiant.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with departments to translate imaging needs into solutions.
• Support imaging orders, scheduling, exams, results, and documentation.

1–3 years experience in radiology/IT
