Qualifications

• Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and registration workflows.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tickets related to scheduling, registration, and insurance.
• Troubleshoot provider templates, appointment workflows, and demographic data issues.
• Assist with template builds and workflow updates.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation.
• Maintain support documentation and elevate complex issues as needed.
