Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Epic Grand Central Analyst to provide ADT workflow support for patient movement and bed management. You will resolve issues, manage tickets, troubleshoot system errors, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.

You will participate in on-call rotations, document resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency in healthcare IT environments.

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central Certification (multiple Epic certifications a plus).
• 3–5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and ADT workflows.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues and manage support tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot workflow mismatches, system errors, and integration issues.
