Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Team Lead to join our team in Mexico. You will lead cross‑functional teams, design and optimize healthcare IT workflows, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central.

The role requires guiding system configuration, integration, and testing activities while driving quality metrics and continuous improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare IT (Epic Patient Access role).
• Certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central.

Responsabilités

• Lead and collaborate with global teams, clients, and vendors.
• Analyze and design business workflows for healthcare systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
