Global Water & Energy is seeking a Project Manager to expand our Engineering & Technology team in Latin America. The role is based in Mexico City, overseeing wastewater and water treatment projects from award to commissioning.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and risks, coordinate procurement, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across countries. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with international travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing EPC projects in an industrial environment.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Based in Mexico City and available to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of industrial wastewater and water treatment projects from contract award through commissioning and project close out.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budget control, risk management and contractual obligations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate procurement activities and follow-up deliveries, civil works and electromechanical works.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, execution, start up and management teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between multicultural teams located across different countries and timezones.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders with different priorities, ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and executed effectively.
• Prepare and present project status updates, forecasts, risks, and mitigation plans to management and other stakeholders.
• Report directly to management.
