Citi is seeking an entry-level Teller to support branch operations in Morelos. The role centers on accurate transaction processing, cash handling, and delivering high-quality client service while identifying opportunities to refer Citi products.

As the first point of contact, you will educate clients on digital tools, follow all policies, and protect client assets, contributing to branch revenue and a positive client experience.

Formación

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Money handling experience.
• Good problem solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for Citi clients with a positive, efficient greeting.
• Perform banking transactions accurately, manage branch cash, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify opportunities to refer Citi products and services based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures for safety and compliance.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and offered products/services.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and adhere to Citi's standards and ethics.
