Citi is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support branch operations and ensure a positive client experience through day-to-day banking activities. You will assist tellers, manage resources, and help open and manage customer accounts while upholding banking protocols.

Experience in customer service, knowledge of branch regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred as you contribute to accurate daily processing and exceptional service metrics.

Formación

• 2-4 years’ relevant experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate branch resources, such as financial documents and securities.
• Assist Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are accurate.
• Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and access means.
• Supervise and ensure proper banking protocols are followed.
• Reconcile teller transactions against branch accounting.
• Perform banking administrative tasks and follow-ups for the branch.
• Assist with opening and management of customer accounts.
• Assist with window operations and funnel overflow to other channels.
