Citi is seeking an entry-level Teller to support branch activities and deliver client-facing services. You will execute daily transactions and assist customers with financial needs in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will promote Citi products, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and ensure compliance with bank policies and controls. The position emphasizes excellent service, teamwork, and a positive client experience.

Formación

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling money and cash transactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions and manage branch cash deposits and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory procedures for safety and compliance.
• Ensure client needs are met and address issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
