Global Payments Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat and provide problem resolution in line with our service standards.

You will handle routine requests, follow scripts, and use client systems to update cardholder information and assist with payments while escalating complex issues as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Typically No Relevant Experience Required.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve tier 1 payment and account related requests using GUI systems and established documentation.
• Build familiarity with products, policies and procedures through training and manuals.
