Global Payments is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries via phone, email, SMS and chat and provide problem resolution aligned with service standards. The role involves handling routine to semi-routine tasks, data entry, and escalation when needed.

You will build knowledge of products and policies through client training and reference manuals to resolve card holder inquiries effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders
• Provides standardized or scripted responses using GUI screens and established documentation
• Enters required data into client systems and databases
• Determines basic reasons for customer issues and escalates unresolved cases to more experienced staff
• Builds base knowledge of products, policies and procedures and references client training for resolution
